Bay State Savings Bank Names New Directors and Corporators at Annual Meeting

WORCESTER, MA / April 2017 - Bay State Savings Bank recently announced that John Altomare, Partner: Fusaro, Altomare & Ermilio, Attys. and Christine Lucey, CFO: Sun Transportation, Inc., both Bank Corporators, have been named Directors, and Paul Dubrey, Certified Public Accountant/Certified Fraud Examiner and Anthony Servidio, CPA/Supervisor: Greenberg, Rosenblatt, Kull & Bitsoli, P.C., have been named Corporators.
The new Directors and Corporators were welcomed by Bay State Savings Bank President & CEO, Peter B. Alden, Chairman of the Board, John H. McCabe and the Board of Trustees at the Bank’s Annual Meeting on April 27th. The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect back on a successful year in business, recognize the talent and support of employees, and acknowledge the skillful guidance of its chosen leaders.
The Bank also thanked F. Stephen Harvey, Jr. who retired after 35 years of service as a Director and Corporator, and John R. Curran who retired after 21 years of service, most recently as a Corporator.
