Bay State Savings Bank Appoints Francis P. Dauphinais Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

WORCESTER, MA / June 2018 – Bay State Savings Bank is pleased to announce Francis P. Dauphinais has been appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at its 28 Franklin Street location in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Mr. Dauphinais joins Bay State Savings Bank after 24 years in senior management at IC Federal Credit Union, most recently as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration & Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Special Projects. He also previously served as Controller of Peoples Savings Bank in Worcester prior to its acquisition.

Mr. Dauphinais received his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Clark University’s Graduate School of Management in 1988, his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Clark University in 1987, and his Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems from New Hampshire Technical Institute in 1984.
Currently, Mr. Dauphinais serves as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees and Chairs the Finance Committee for Sizer School in Fitchburg, MA. Mr. Dauphinais also previously served as Treasurer of the Worcester office of Massachusetts Special Olympics, taught life economics for Junior Achievement, was a committee volunteer at the United Way of North Central Massachusetts, coached youth sports for over 20 years, and was a member of the Holden fire service.
He resides in Holden with his wife, Maureen Dauphinais, a local Realtor®.
